Privacy Policy
How we look after the information you share with us.
What We Collect
We collect the details you give us when booking — name, contact details, vehicle registration and service history.
How We Use It
We use your information to carry out the work you've asked for, to contact you about your booking, and to send MOT reminders where you've agreed to them.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with suppliers and systems needed to deliver the service, such as our online booking provider.
Cookies & Advertising
This website uses cookies to support the online booking tools and to understand how the site is used. Where you accept cookies, we also use Google Ads measurement cookies so we can see which of our adverts lead to a booking. This shares your device and browsing information (such as the pages you viewed and whether you completed a booking) with Google, which acts as a data recipient for advertising measurement and optimisation — see Google's privacy information at https://business.safety.google/privacy/. We do not send Google your name, email address or phone number. You can reject cookies when the notice appears, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies and site data in your browser; your updated choice is applied immediately.
Your Rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at service@macsautosworksop.co.uk.
